We are looking for "Performance Marketer".


Job Description:

  • Plan and realize activities with focus on high growth in revenue and ROI in marketing costs
  • Continuously check and improve user experience and functionality of the website and manage new feature projects towards these goals
  • Campaign management
  • Coordination of all actions related with online sales
  • Adapt new product launches and promotions to suggest and realize new ways to meet the KPI’s.
  • Manage and analyze key marketing channels in corporation with Mar-Com, monitor, review, and report all marketing activity & results
  • Managing the digital ads agency (Google and Facebook Paid Ads)
  • Managing the performance of 3 own websites with iProspect (using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar etc for actions)
  • Working collaboratively with Marcom to manage SEO agency to have best visibility of the websites
  • Always on improvement to increase the performance of the websites (A and B tests for conversion optimisation with agencies)
  • Will be organizing web push and email communication when CRM available with CRM manager and following up and report the results
  • Guiding eKAM for eRetail Media investments


Main Skills:

  • Master/Degree in Marketing and/or marketing or equivalent degree.
  • 2 to 3 years experience in supporting optimization and analysis projects based on digital data/agency background if possible
  • Knowledge of the main digital communication channels & mobile
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, especially on TMS & Google Analytics Premium or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate results easily, both verbally and visually
