Accurately forecast concepts over the required time horizons for related category
Communicate risks (upside or downside) or confirmed changes to local and global Supply Chain
Accurately review and amend concept splits (shades / colour ) for creative execution
Closely coordinate with campaign planning and category team to find best merchandising options based on category and market trends.
Provide input by active participation in marketing planning process, brainstorms and brand, category performance evaluations. Indicate plans weaknesses, propose complex solutions with financial evaluation
Complete root cause analysis and implement learnings.
Providing market expertise input.
Improving forecasting and analysis techniques.
Qualifications
University degree preferable Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
Min. 2 years of demand planning work experience
Forecasting, data analysis, attention to detail, flexible, expertise in role,
Advanced user of MS Office applications ( Advanced knowledge of Excel as a must),
Hardworking, eager to learn
Good communication skills required as significant cross functional team work required both at cluster & regional level
Strong ability to analysis data and understand weighting data within the category and overall business context for accurate forecasting.
A candidate with a passion for the beauty industry & demand planning career is preferred
