We are looking for an International Training and Development Executive will be responsible for training and development activities within the scope of International Retail.


· Transferring the T&D strategy and processes determined by HQ to the country T&D teams and ensuring their internalization and implementation

· Leading and mentoring the country T&D teams

· To follow the processes, KPIs and PIs in the countries, to ensure that the necessary actions are taken

· Being responsible for occupational growth of the country T&D teams,

· Managing T&D needs analysis in the countries and mentoring the country T&D teams

· Preparing annual T&D plan according to needs analysis and implementing the plan

· Defining in-house and external resources, designing, planning, implementing development programs according to the specific needs of the countries

· Managing and executing programs and processes

· Leading projects and process in collaboration with HQ and the country T&D teams

· Developing and designing contents and materials, conducting trainings,

· Measurement of programs and process analysing and reporting results,

· Responsible for the preparing and monitoring country T&D budget.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in related areas,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the training and development field preferably at retail industry,
  • Preferably experienced in team management
  • Experienced in developing and designing content,
  • Provide training in personal and managerial development,
  • Developed skills in communication, analytical and creative thinking, organization and planning, and presentation,
  • Good command of written and spoken English,
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools
