We are looking for “Project and Investment Manager” to help achieve our goal of becoming “one of Europe's three most successful apparel retailers by 2023”
Location: Esenyurt/Istanbul
Who are we looking for?
- Graduated from engineering departments of universities (preferably industrial engineering),
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics industry, especially in intralogistics,
- Experienced in managing various multi-million Euro logistics investment projects,
- Advanced project management skills (PMP certificate preferred),
- Experience in team management,
- Excellent analytical skills, great attention to detail along with strong written and verbal communications, including presentation development for delivery to all levels of management,
- Specialized deeply in efficiency, lean practices, process improvement, change management, risk management and decision support processes,
- Exceptional problem-solving skills,
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture,
- Having a process-oriented perspective, advanced persuasion, negotiation and facilitation skills,
- Exceptional leadership and relationship building skills
- Open minded, creative and flexible personality that possess a can-do-attitude and act with a sense of urgency,
- Deep understanding of warehouse automation systems,
- Have financial competencies in creating and managing project budget,
- Advanced level of English (written and verbal), German is an asset,
- Advanced MS Office skills,
- No restriction to travel,
- Completed military service for male candidates,
- Located or willing to locate in Istanbul/European side.
Responsibilities
· As department manager, responsible for hiring, managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing a team of project managers and project specialists.
· Responsible for identification, managing and coordination of project resources responsible for executing functional activities to ensure projects are completed within budget, on-time and accomplish the project goals,
· Responsible for defining the scope and project goals, creating material flows and layouts, developing alternative solutions and providing end-to-end project management for logistics investment projects,
· Responsible for communicating progress, risks and changes to upper management and facilitate decision making during project stages.
· Providing broad experience and profound know-how to create innovative solutions with state-of-the-art logistics automation systems (including software integration)
