GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Key responsibilities:
- Own and execute end to end PM process from project initiation to the end, developing the governance structure and integration plan.
- Ensure a project mandate/concept is completed by the Business Lead for each project, to be approved by a Project Sponsor and key stakeholders before project initiation
- For each approved project, PM to set up kick-off meeting, project charter, project team structure and key workstreams needed
- Plan the project approach, timelines, requirements, change management, activation, testing and overall execution schedule
- Track and manage all project actions and deliverables, managing and escalating any project risks that arise to ensure adverse impact to project success
- Chair all project meetings and manage project team outputs in line with execution schedule
- Prepare communication decks to report on project progress in Steering Committee meetings and in Project Control Board
- Ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout project execution
- Weekly progress reports to Portfolio Manager and Project Sponsors and key stakeholders
- Benefits tracking and post implementation review reporting after project completion until project close.
- Will also be expected to manage Programmes in any of the cluster markets
Qualifications
•Minimum 5 years work experience,minimum 3 years of project management experience is required
•Higher education, Bachelor's degree preferred
•Professional PM qualification preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE 2) or willingness to work towards one
•Strong communication skills, process and people management, presentation skills, computer user (MS Office)
•Fluent English
•Indirect People Management: driving project team members to deliver as per set timelines and expected outcomes

•Ability to influence stakeholder decision-making processes
