Responsibilities
· Planning, executing, monitoring and finalizing projects
· Working with teams of product owners, developers, test teams and business units to ensure timely delivery of projects to customers
· Responsible for project time, task monitoring, resource, risk, quality, procurement and cost management
· Identify potential risks for project delivery,
· Prioritize and plan potential risks
· Proactively manage changes in project scope, resource and timeline
· Following up the project stages and outputs and communicating continuously with internal/external stakeholders
· Following up user acceptance tests and overseeing quality control throughout the project
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Management Systems, Mathematic, Mathematic Engineering, Actuary and Insurance or related fields from a reputable university
· Fluency in both written and spoken English,
· At least 1-5 years of experience in the IT and/or Insurance industry
· Preferably experienced in project management
· Preferably with a PMI certificate
· Experience in working and applying project management methodologies (agile, scrum, kanban, waterfall)
· Related to project management tools/software (MS Project, Visio, JIRA, etc.)
· Strong analytical, planning and time management ability
· Eager to learn new things
· Experience in SQL/PLSQL, reporting and analytical skills
· Strong communication and team players skills,
· Strong reporting and documentation skills,
· Strong meeting management and follow up skills
