QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a «PMO» for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Turkey
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, an advanced degree would be an asset
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant business experience
- Enthusiastic Project Manager, ideally in both, Financial Services and in a global matrix-organization
- Profound knowledge in both, financial and technical/IT aspects of projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international interaction
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Fluency in English (both, oral and written)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
- Process Management experience is an asset
Job Description:
- Support the prioritization of projects/products according to the company’s strategy and resources
- Coordinate all projects/products of the company’s respective portfolio
- Manage the company’s projects/product database
- Apply agile and scrum principles to support cross-functional teams delivering value to the organization
- Provide guidance to the innovation and idea generation within the company
- Intense cooperation with all departments, primarily IT
- Create project/product portfolio transparency for the company’s Leadership Team
- Align with the Global Project Portfolio Management team
- Stand-alone contributor, reporting directly to the Managing Director
