We are currently seeking a‘PMO Specialist’ for fast-growing and dynamic team of Fineksus

How will be your day like;

  • Create project schedules & plans
  • Control and actively influence the execution of the forecasted schedule
  • Coordinate project team and customer; Working in coordination with all teams and the customer during the project process, ensuring that the projects are carried out in accordance with the purpose, scope, and plan of the project
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Track and manage all project related issues, project status and performance
  • Manage the scope and requirements for all stakeholders
  • Prepare of project presentations and reports
  • Periodically notify internal and external stakeholders about updated project plan and progress
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks; Identification of risks, managing and monitoring them
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget:Ensuring scope, cost, time, quality, and change management in the project according to the Project Management standards of the institution
  • Control, monitor and report assigned project portfolio


Professional skills and knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree; Preferably a graduate degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2 to 8 years’ working experience in Finance sector, 2+ years of experience in Project Management Office
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills in Turkish and English
  • Advanced Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
  • Interest in technology, with understanding in software development and web technologies
  • PMP certification is a plus
