We are hiring new talented teammates for our "Project Management Specialist " position.
Responsibilities
- Working in coordination with all teams and the customer during the project process, ensuring that the projects are carried out in accordance with the purpose, scope, and plan of the project, and the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Management of process studies by designing business processes and making functional analyzes in line with the demands.
- Managing the scope and requirements for all stakeholders
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Controls and actively influences the execution of the forecasted schedule
- Ensuring scope, cost, time, quality, and change management in the project according to the Project Management standards of the institution.
- Preparing all the reports and the demanded information on time.
- Following digital trends and innovations
Qualifications
- BSc degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering
- Min 2+ years experience in project management, strategic planning, market analysis and process development
- Demonstrable project management/coordination experience preferably in a market-driven environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
- Strong communication, Strong analytical and planning skills,
- Advanced level in MS Office programs is a plus
- Result and solution-oriented
- Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal and coordination skills
