QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our growing organization, we are looking for an ‘Enterprise Architecture/Project Management Specialist’ to work in Finance Organization based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office.

What are we looking for in Enterprise Architecture/Project Management Specialists?

The successful candidate will be accountable for :

  • Participating in the business analysis, user testing go-live processes of the digitalization projects,
  • Participating finance projects,
  • Analyzing and designing processes working on organizational and corporate development projects,
  • Developing standard project management (PM) workflows and tools,
  • Executing PM processes for finance project portfolios, documenting decisions, tracking actions, monitoring stages and status, ensuring the integrity of project database,
  • Preparing periodic PM reports, organizing and managing PM meetings, monitoring risks,
  • Preparing and/or consolidating executive reports,
  • Coordinating interdisciplinary parties and managing projects when assigned,
  • Helping create institutionalized relationships among Finance departments and other functions.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field,
  • Minimum 3 years of project management and/or business analysis experience, preferably in finance
  • Expertise in process management is an asset,
  • Knowledge of process management and/or business analysis is an asset,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and in English,
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary and multi-level meeting sessions, ability to see the ‘big-picture’, ability to sustain a positive approach, focusing on the solution at all times,
  • Excellent organization, planning, prioritization and scheduling skills,
  • Comprehension of the importance of documentation and diligence while documenting,
  • Knowledge of MS Project and/or MS Visio or other PM tools is an asset,
  • Interest and basic knowledge in Fintech,
  • PMP, ACM, CBAP certification or education is an asset,
  • Ability to adapt to change and to lead others.
