QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
IT Analyst will be a member of the Geography IT Team which operates technology & platform adaptations for Turkey, Iran and Unica. IT Analyst cooperates with business teams for new requests, projects and IT related problems to answer requirements and will be a bridge between IT department and business teams to ensure continuous improvement.
Analyzing business requirements by being in line with IT strategies and reporting IT Management team
Managing stakeholders by providing high quality documentations to global and local business teams
Managing vendors/suppliers by identifying the needs and researching solutions
Ensuring local solutions and platforms are aligned with global security standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technologies, Management or related fields,
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT analyst, project management or a related field,
• Advanced level in both written and verbal English,
• Strong communication, reporting and teamwork skills,
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities and projects,
• Project management skills with knowledge of agile methodology, time & change management, cost analysis, tool research,
• Solid holistic knowledge of IT Technologies and concepts,
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Self-motivated and self-directed to learn new technologies and methodologies.
