We are currently seeking "RPA Project Manager".
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, industrial engineering, business, system analysis with related business discipline experience,
- Min 4+ years working experience within RPA Project Management area,
- Strong quality mindset, great team spirit and being detail oriented,
- Able to work in a very dynamic workplace,
- Ability to coordinate or run multiple projects,
- Strong knowledge of software development processes,
- Strong documentation skills,
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills,
- Understand and evaluate competitive products,
- Ability to work well under pressure,
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high-performing team,
- Using Visio, MS Project, JIRA and HP PPM tools for tracking the projects and ensuring that they are utilized by the team as well,
- PMP Certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Acting as the day-to-day project contact to clients,
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals,
- Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan,
- Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements,
- Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines within budget,
- Effectively contributing to the project management process, including, but not limited to: Project Plan Development, Project Budget Management, Project Time Management, Project Risk Management, Project Scope Tracking and Management, Project Team Management,
- Appropriately setting and managing client expectations,
- Making sure the quality standards are met,
- Developing new business opportunities with existing clients,
- Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities.
