QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Transformation Office Assistance Specialist who will take active role in cross-functional transformation projects.

  • Develop, implement and follow-up on business and process development approach,evaluate and contribute to the refinement of business models to meet Bupa Acıbadem Sigorta’s growth targets.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional as well as external business partners, stakeholders, IT and other teams to ensure successful completion of programs and projects, providing regular and accurate status reports to key stakeholders during the project.
  • Develop a deep understanding of project management, drives the incubation process of initiatives “from idea to project”, and contributes actively project roadmap preparation and publishing process by understanding of cross-program portfolio dependencies.
  • Perform core project management duties including guiding the project through formal approval and funding gates; developing a project plan that includes a detailed budget, project timeline, detailed task-driven schedule, resource plan and communication plan; and managing project execution from initiation to closure.
  • Support business for a successful process management with a compact E2E understanding where continuous process improvement results are achieved.
  • Perform detailed analyses, benchmarks on local and international markets as well as trends,and periodically conduct research customer/end-user needs in Company’s product and services.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university in Engineering (preferably in Industrial, Management, Mathematical Engineering ) or Actuarial Sciences,
  • New gratuated or 1 year of experience,
  • Eager to learn and willing to have career on process and project consultancy/management, or business development fields
  • Basic understanding of lean process and project management environment, product lifecycles and transformation on enterprise level
  • Strong meeting management and follow up skills – must be willing to push to keep projects and members to think out-of-the-box by setting up strategy-based discussions and lead the meetings toward anticipated outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply these skills into management consultancy environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with staff and stakeholders at various levels,
  • Advanced level Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project, Visio),
  • Strong verbal and written English skills
