We are looking for Project Management Executive to join our team!
In MNG Kargo, we place great importance on making sure our projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within determined budget. We seek a candidate that has as a strong teamwork skillset, expertise in project management. Project Management Executive will report directly to the CHRO who is at the same time PMO Lead, and support the delivery of projects in collaboration with related departments. This role will suit a candidate who has a strong appreciation of the project management delivery cycle and working knowledge of Project Management tools.
What will you do?
- Identify project needs and develop a timeline for completion in line with guidance of the Project Lead,
- Preparing and following schedules for projects, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements,
- Consolidating and documenting the main components of projects (scope, schedule, resource requirements, budgets, risks, opportunities and issues, and quality requirements),
- Schedule meetings, record and publish the important decisions made in meetings,
- Keep track of a project’s progress and ensure its completion before the deadline,
- Ensure that changes are implemented by the team members when needed,
- Prepare presentations regarding the progress of projects regularly for top management,
- Report project plan vs action plan statuses on a regular basis and share with related managers and team members.
Required Skills
You need to have:
- Relevant bachelor degree (Preferably Industrial Engineering, Business Administration etc.),
- Project methodologies knowledge is a plus (Agile, Scrum, Critical Chain Project Management, etc.),
- At least 2 years of experience in project management,
- Advanced level of excel knowledge,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Excellent planning and time management skills,
- Enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated,
- Demonstrated ability for being detail-oriented, and driving follow-through.
