QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a " SAP Project - Finance Implementation Lead " for our leading client operating in food & beverage sector.
Responsible for:
• Lead the SAP project implementation; managing wider project team business leads for the financial streams (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Plan to Report & Master Data Management)
• Conducting the project planning activities and manage the execution of large scale strategic SAP finance project according to the project plan
• Manage and communicate a clear vision of the projects objectives, and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members
• Lead configuration sessions and demonstrating configured process scenarios in SAP
• Evaluate strategic options and alternatives for delivery or offering services in a more efficient manner
• Build relationship with external consultants and proactively manage all contract terms, including changes in work scope, timeline and obligations and ensure appropriate planning measure are taken with internal and external stakeholders to formalize and administer contract / project plan changes
• Act as a liaison between the business and technology groups to ensure business project needs are met
• Communicate project status on a regular basis, monitor project risks throughout the life of the project and prepare the business for change readiness
• Drive execution and implementation of the processes in SAP through testing and trainings
• Support the transformation of the business to enable growth via process simplification
Qualifications
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Excellent understanding of finance business processes and functions
• Knowledge of and competency in project management processes including planning tasks, resource allocation, risk management, time management etc
• Work Experience: 10 years’ + relevant experience in Financial Reporting and Control particularly in FMCG sector
• IFRS / US GAAP experience preferred
• Prior experience of SAP system migration
• Excellent oral communication skills, good written communication skill; interpersonal and follow up skills
• Proficient in Turkish and English essential
• Strong experience in finance transformation projects
