QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Having knowledge of Bill of Materials, routes and work order processes
- Minimum 2 years experiences in creating and reading technical drawings and making a bill of materials
- Well-versed in the logic of using ERP programs, preferably having knowledge of CANIAS infrastructure
- Having knowledge of Autocad and Solidworks
- Having knowledge of welded manufacturing methods
- Able to think analytically, act jointly with design, production, purchasing and financial affairs in the processes of setting up and configuring the infrastructure of bill of materials
- Willing to solve technical problems and quality concerns related final products and materials,
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Non-military service for male candidates
- On the European side of Istanbul (residing in Yenibosna and around)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Creation Bill of Materials of existing and new products,
- To ensure that all the parts that will form the product are in the bill of materials during R&D and P&D studies,
- Linking the BOM structure with the product cost analysis template,
- Reflecting changes related to parts to the project BOM during PRD in a timely manner,
- Setting up the material and product coding system, making data entries in product tree designs,
- To keep the documentation of the work done in accordance with quality standards up-to-date, to document and publish new processes,
- Designing an effective system setup and making suggestions to improve the program.
