QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities
Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Departmental Legendary Quality Experiences (LQE’S) and Company’s Pillars, on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.
Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Guiding Principles and D.E.L.I.G.H.T. as part of ensuring Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.
Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position or assigned by the Director of Spa & Wellness.
Ensure that the therapists are reviewing and keeping up to date treatment room checklists.
Assist the therapist team in coordinating treatments to accommodate guests who may have contra-indications and the spa treatment may need to be altered.
Check the visual book to ensure all treatments are in line with therapists allocations.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills both in Turkish & English
Experience in spa opening/pre-opening support
A previously demonstrated high level of engagement with the global spa team (supporting group initiatives and/or assisting with property and/or regional support beyond their own property.)
At least 3 years in a similar position at a luxury hotel
