Queen® Türkiye is part of the Danish company Knud Jepsen a/s, which is the largest producer of Kalanchoe flowers in the world since 1939. Today we are known worldwide for our beautiful and extremely durable potted plants and bouquets. Queen® Türkiye was established in 2012 as a joint venture between the company Agrico and Knud Jepsen a/s under the Queen® brand. Queen® Türkiye uses different growth techniques with its flexible production strategy and adapts to continuous development. Our organization exports to countries all over the world and currently employs 350 employees.
We are looking for a new graduate Assistant Grower to be employed within the scope of the "Grower Training Program" in the Production Department of our company. Accommodation is provided within the company during the training for the candidates participating in the program.
General Qualifications
- Graduated in the fields of Agricultural Engineer/Technician/Landscape/Greenhouse/Soil Science Plant Nutrition/Agricultural Economics/Horticulture,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Having a long-term career goal in the field of greenhouse cultivation,
- Efficient team player and demonstrate high energy,
- As part of our Trainee Training Program, we are looking for newly graduated colleagues to be trained.
- Able to reside in Dikili or Bergama (İzmir).
