Job Description
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as an Automotive Calibration and Application Engineer for Electric Powertrain
Your contribution to something big:
- Powertrain Calibration and Application services for customers worldwide in the electric powertrain projects
- Technical contact person for customer teams and worldwide Bosch teams
- Analysis and troubleshooting for electric powertrain controls SW and calibration
- Evaluation, presentation and reporting of powertrain & vehicle test results
- Troubleshooting on various locations (worldwide) and attendance to test trips (winter, summer etc.)
- Validate calibration to meet customer expectations and legal requirements
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- BS/MS or equivalent engineering degree in mechatronics, controls, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering or related technical field is preferred.
- 3 or more years of experience with ICE and/or electrified powertrain technologies (experience can include co-op, internship, professional experience, or experience with Formula SAE, Formula Hybrid, SolarCar, FutureCar, EcoCAR or other vehicle)
- Basic know-how of electric powertrain (ePT) components & operation
- Knowledge on Powertrain control and calibration
- Knowledge of Automotive SW Tools such as ETAS Inca, CANalyzer tools etc.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with respect to problem solving
- Experience with data acquisition tools (ETAS, LabView, DasiyLab etc.)
- Familiar with data processing methods and concepts
- Independent and flexible working style
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Driving License
- Ability and willingness to frequent travel abroad
- Fluency in English (German is an asset)
- Residing in or close to İstanbul
