QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Facility Management Engineer.
Your contribution to something big:
- New building planning and construction
- Organizing existing building renovation and repair per customer’s requirement
- Workshop/office space planning and management as well as all relocation related works
- To ensure that premises are in conformity with local building standards, building codes and corporate policy
- Take a part in operation, service and preventative maintenance for all FCM related equipment, Electricity system, e.g., power supply system, light and so on, HVAC system, plumbing, compressed-air, fire protection system and all facilities including buildings
- Environment equipment supply and disposal center etc.
- Leading communication with stakeholders and external service providers.
- Coordination of activities with external suppliers and within Bosch, safeguard the compliance of health, safety and environmental obligations.
- Support FCM related projects
- Involve in all Internal and External audits. Ensure all OPL’s related to this audit is closed in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the digitalization of FCM, CO2 neutrality and sustainability targets
- Electrical Safety coordinator, responsible for site electrical safety and drive programs which are related to Electrical Safety
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Educational background in engineering (preferably civil engineer, electrical engineer, architect or mechanical engineer)
- Several years’ experience in facility management area and in project management
- Strong communication skills
- Future and result oriented strategical mindset
- Ability to tackle complexity and problems
- Experience working/integrating in an international team
- Excellent in spoken and written English and preferably also in German
