QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements

· Preferably to have at least 3 years of maintenance and repair knowledge and field experience in the dairy industry or to be willing to work in the dairy industry

· Knowledge of maintenance and service methodologies and processes

· To comply with flexible working hours

· Having strong communication and negotiation skills

· To have analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills

· Preferably graduated from Mechanical and/or Mechatronic Engineering departments of universities

· Having a Class B license and being able to actively drive,

· Having completed military service,

· Knowledge of AutoCad, Excel, Electrician skills and informatic skills.


Responsibilities

- Technical Support


24/7 independent online technical support for technical questions
Coordinate technical support with other causes of field breakdowns.
Deliver technical support to other stakeholders, like order desk, spare parts and production. Take full responsibility to solve issues within SLA (service level agreement).
Translate support requests into improvements of the manuals, spare parts list, production and maintenance plan.

- Validation


Create and execute the validation plan for New Product Introductions, based on service requirement, performance targets, risk assessments and knowledge of the operating environment and the product itself. Record and communicate the validation results in an appropriate and timely manner resulting in a strong advice to support decision making (go/no go) during the NPI journey.

- Update Management


Plan and execute update programmes (including validation, training and documentation) within the set goals, customer expectations, timeline and budget.
Ensure cooperation with various internal and external stakeholders (product manager, clusters, logistics departments, suppliers) to meet update goals.

- Continuous Development

· Collecting field feedback (farm visits, audits, ticketing, calamities, field intelligence consulting with Centers).

· Analysing, prioritization and check on safety compliance, legislation and product specification of the topics.

· Research topics in collaboration with product development.
Develop service deliverables (e.g training, documentation (responsible for procedure, service manual updates etc),

· knowledge base (best practices, spare part list etc.responsible for content), Maintenance schedule, Update actions)

· Improve products by giving input and advise based on field feedback (data) and legislation to recommend on the product roadmap of Product Management:
Contributing TSS input (risks, total lifecycle costing) to the new product business case
QFD (Quality Functional Description) -> Product roadmap

- Training


Create training courses for (new) products, writing the learning script, making the (online) training material, quiz/exam questions, create a practical learning path with the

Center and practical assignments for the training center/Academy.
Training the cluster (master) product specialists and trainers on new components and small systems.

- Claims

Execute on investigation, follow up and resolution of claims and incidents.
Give input for reports for assessment by insurance experts and requiring input with and from legal department.

Arrange visits to critical customer locations with ownership of remedial action plan with Cluster, farmer and Centre. Pro

pose preventive measures within company enable the successful premium channel.
