We are looking for a “Technical Support Engineer” for our multinational client in “Edirne”.



QUALIFICATON


  • Minimum of Bachelor or University degree in technical direction, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in electrical area.
  • Proven ability to correctly diagnose and successfully resolve increasingly complex problems.
  • Basic knowledge of compressor (or similar products) working principle and control logic.
  • Confident grasp of increasingly complex technical matters, indicated by speed, accuracy and quality work, in a complex environment.
  • Fluent verbal and written English and Turkish skills.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and confident with working on own initiative.
  • Good interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Ability to develop technical solutions, compliant with requirements within agreed programs and timescales.
  • Ability to present and explain key data / KPI's as required.
  • Willing to travel as and when required.
  • Experience with MS Office, Inventor, CAD tools is an asset.


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Has an eye for the safety of the product.
  • Write action plans to manage field feedback until closure is achieved.
  • Monitor and track the progress of agreed schedules and action items.
  • Provide feedback to product quality teams based on analyses and make proposals for improvement projects.
  • Warranty process handling.
  • Develop close relation within Service Centers and Engineering to properly address specific needs to get a problem solved.
  • Provide training to service engineers and others.
  • Provide support for spare parts.
  • Take part in new projects for service review, kit creation, spare part list creation.
