QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
-To provide with minimum supervision, a proficient repair and maintenance service of Xerox products in customer premises as well as performing machine installations re installations and removals We are looking for a team member :
-Graduate degree in technology related field (Machine Engineering, Electric Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic)
-Min.5 year experiences in related fields
-Should have no obligation for travels in Aegean Region.
-Should have no obligation for military service for male candidates
-Should have a driving license
-Based in İzmir
-Understanding of self motivation and time efficiency for business and reporting regulars.
-PC literate.
JOB DEFINITION:
-To visit customers( appropriate to his product training ) on daily basis according to the plan/instructions.
-To establish fault symptoms with the operator and using machine documentation, test equipment and tools, repair machines to the company standard and reliability targets.
-Fit modifications to resolve safety problems and machine fault or per program.
-To communicate with the customers in a professional way to meet their requirements and enhance their satisfaction.
