QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from engineering faculties of universities,
• Minimum 7 years of experience work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role,
• Familiarity of basic IT Infrastructure & Networking is needed,
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools is beneficial for management of work and understanding processes,
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills,
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery,
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management,
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control,
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps or similar tool is a plus,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate and oversee major Infrastructure projects that contain significant risk an cross-functional involvement,
• Prepare and coordinate monthly/annual Technology services availability reports, and present, follow through the actions that are decided in this commitee,
• Working with the technology leadership team and functional managers on developing strategy deployment action plans and helping development team for Group SDLC procedures,
• Define KPIs that can be utilized as performance measurement of Infrastructure units and advert process improvement areas based on performance indicators,
• Oversee key targets that are expected in strategic initiatives throughout the execution phase of the defined strategy,
• Ensure all beIN Media standards and policies are adhered by the project teams.
