QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Electronics, Electronics and Communications Engineering,
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the design and evaluation of switched mode power supplies, inverter / converter solutions,
- Knowledge of Automotive Standards (AEC-Q100/Q101/Q200),
- Knowledge of DFMEA (Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), FMEA, FMEDA and FTA Analysis,
- Knowledge of Automotive Safety Integrity Level (ASIL),
- Knowledge of Functional Safety (Fu-Sa),
- Knowledge of Eight Disciplines Problem Solving (8D),
- Knowledge of DVP&R,
- Knowledge of Environmental Conditions for Electronical Equipment (ISO 16750),
- Experienced on development with IPC standards (IPC-2152 etc.),
- Experienced on Hardware Development,
- PCB Design Schematic Capture experience - Mentor (preferred), Altium,
- Experience of Electronics Circuit Design (Power, Analogue, Digital and RF),
- Knowledge of C++ to Bring Up States, Software Configuration Management Tools,
- Knowledge of peripheral communication protocols such as NFC/RFID, I2C, SPI, UART, CANFD, LIN, Serial Communication,
- Knowledge of protocol standards of CAN2.0A and CAN2.0B,
- Knowledge of Automotive Ethernet,
- Knowledge of IoT Communication such as TCP/IP, UDP, MQTT,
- Experience of PWM, One Wire, Timer, ADC, DAC, GPIO, CCP,
- Knowledge of Display interfaces such as GMSL2, e-DP, LVDS, HDMI,
- Knowledge of Serializer and De-serializer Systems,
- Experience of GSM, GNSS, Accelerometer, RTC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, EPPROM/Flash,
- Experience of Battery Technology Management Systems,
- Knowledge of EMC (Emission and Immunity), Reliability, Safety,
- Experience of ST, NXP, Renesas, TI, Qual-com or any other ARM controllers,
- Prototyping and debugging,
- Experience of Thermal Analyze of a Layout Design,
- Produce and maintain design and test documentation,
- Able to debug, test, and verify the designs, support designing and testing components and boards,
- Understanding of value engineering principles for high volume manufacturing,
- Hands on soldering, surface mount soldering experience,
- Experience in debugging/testing with lab test equipment such as oscilloscope, function generator, logic analyzer, power analyzer.
- Master’s Degree is a plus,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English,(second language will be an asset),
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
- Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
- Good diction skills,
- Must possess sound analytical, organizational and problem solving skills,
- Prone to teamwork, open to communication,
- Analytical and result oriented,
- Efficient time management skills,
- No travel restriction,
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Developing hardware for embedded devices according to requirements,
- Preparing BOM, Product Tree,
- Developing and bring up a PCB,
- Checking for a Layout Design,
- Owning your deliverables from start to finish,
- Participating in the team’s life and contributing to decision-making.
