QUALIFICATIONS
- Lexist Law Firm is looking for Associates/Senior Associates experienced in project finance, M&A and/or capital markets to join its Corporate Law Departmentwith the qualifications below:
- LL.B. Degree from a reputable university, master degree is an advantage,
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in a reputable law firm,
- Knowledge of Commercial, Corporate, Energy, Banking and Finance Law and/or Capital markets,
- Knowledge and experience in reviewing and drafting banking finance, energy, infrastructure, M&A agreements and capital markets documentation,
- Advanced level of written and spoken English,
- Eager for learning and self-development,
- High organizational, follow-up and time-management skills,
- Computer proficiency,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- No restriction to travel.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drafting and reviewing high-profile project agreements
- Working in a team of highly skilled professionals
- Drafting legal opinions and memoranda
- Providing legal support on the relevant issues to clients
- Researching and analyzing legislation on complex issues
- Anticipating and mitigating potential legal problems for clients and developing strategies to reduce potential areas of risk
- Keeping informed of industry-specific regulations
