· Bayer for Offline Sales Channel,
· P&G and Fater for Perfumery and Online Sales Channels,
· Nutricia and Doğadan for Online Sales Channels.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and hardworking professional to join our team as "Logistics Manager" to based in Gebze, Turkey.
Job Description
- Managements of planning, warehouse, logistics, B2C operations
- Ensuring and controlling the operation of the warehouse in accordance with the existing regulations
- Analyze key operational metrics regarding planning, warehouses, distribution process including optimizing workflows and minimizing cost
- Provision of warehouse entry in the shortest period of time with minimum cost in the legal legislation of products imported from abroad
- Lead overall Ecommerce strategy and best practices and customer relationships
- Establish strong relationships with Key Offline and Online Retailers and build business via strong planning, promotion development, product assortment optimization and integrated support
- Responsible for shipment of goods to Offline and Online customers ensuring on time delivery of goods
- Strategic procurement, planning, supplier management and negotiation processes management
- Take an active role in budget and cash flow management
- Ensure effective management of operations and budget with team leaders and follow up, develop the organization / optimization of the logistics network
- Establishment of systems to monitor, report and improve inventory and shipment performances
- Control of warehouse layout and efficiency
- Ensuring that contracts made with suppliers kept up to date in accordance with the needs, determining the performance criteria of the suppliers and taking the necessary actions to improve them
- Controlling the transport of materials, stacking and storage of materials in the most accurate manner
- Execute the day to day tactical requirements (demand, supply, service, and cost)
- Execute low to medium complexity projects
General Qualifications
- B.A. or B.Sc. degree from a reputable university, preferably Industrial/Business Engineering
- At least 10 years of warehouse and logistics management
- B2C operation management knowledge is must
- Preferably experienced in Cosmetic or FMCG sector
- Advanced English knowledge
- Have mastery on ERP systems
- Knowing competition conditions, understanding profitability and productivity
- Has strong planning and analytical direction
- Shipment network with operational experience
- Experienced in team management
