QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRİPTİON
· Managing the warehousing and distribution operations of fashion and wellness brands,
· Responsible for process setup and efficient logistics infrastructure including e-commerce & marketplace operations,
· Managing and controlling the logistics operations budget,
· Preparing senior management periodical reports and analysis,
· Establishing and managing logistics costs and operational process for possible new launches,
· Determining and monitoring the performance of 3PL companies via KPI figures,
· Contract and tender management,
· Collaborating with other functions within the company,
· Responsible for coordinating communication between Head Office and warehouse,
· Determining efficiency projects on cost and productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering),
· Have at least 8 years of logistics operations experience preferably in retail & e-commerce,
· Experience in 3PL management,
· Team management experience,
· Strong business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking,
· Excellent command in English in both written & spoken,
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
· No military service restriction for male candidates.
