QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for “Chef de Cuisine” for Bagatelle Bodrum Restaurant.
Operations :
- Manage all the kitchen operations within budgeted guidelines and the corporate standards.
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process.
- Approving dishes before they reach the customer.
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
- Preserve excellent levels of food service.
- Manages internal and external service suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and sanitary regulations.
Management :
- Full staff management including recruitment, training and appraisals.
- Organize and supervise the rotas.
- Provide advice and guidance to the team.
- Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently.
- Work closely with all the departments to assure the goals are met.
Delegate responsibilities to employees to perform : all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
Finance :
- Ensuring financial targets are met.
- Supervise global stocks and inventory.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
