QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for “Chef de Cuisine” for Bagatelle Bodrum Restaurant.

Operations :

  • Manage all the kitchen operations within budgeted guidelines and the corporate standards.
  • Controlling and directing the food preparation process.
  • Approving dishes before they reach the customer.
  • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
  • Preserve excellent levels of food service.
  • Manages internal and external service suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and sanitary regulations.

Management :

  • Full staff management including recruitment, training and appraisals.
  • Organize and supervise the rotas.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the team.
  • Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently.
  • Work closely with all the departments to assure the goals are met.
  • Delegate responsibilities to employees to perform : all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.

Finance :

  • Ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Supervise global stocks and inventory.

About you :

  • Leading by example, decision making.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills ,with the ability to communicate across of levels.
  • Attention to details and customer needs, excellent time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
