Maintenance Responsible – Job Description
- Create preventive maintenance planning and ensure that preventive maintenance activities are performed
- Perform trouble shooting, inspection and repair of the production equipment
- Manage the spare parts list of production equipment according with the Equipment Manual
- Perform inspection of the production equipment’s and conformation of equipment’s in terms of H&S and cleaning
- Shared responsibility for the associated KPI performance - downtime and empty running
- Support for the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
- Support the performance improvement of production equipment: quality , cycle time reduction, technical availability
- Works closely together with the Site manager
Coordination Role
- Responsible for coordination, implementation of equipment maintenance activities , in close collaboration with Production.
- Coordinates several Maintenance Technicians as appointed by the direct superior, according to each project requirement’s
- Responsible with the technical coordination of the maintenance technicians
- Development of Technicians team using trainings, courses and other learning methods
- Requirements
- University degree in engineering area
- Mining field experience as Maintenance/ Production Engineer, min. 3 years
- Knowledge of specific production equipment
- Knowledge of assembly/ manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of Mechanics, Electronics and Electrical
- Knowledge of English language
