QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduated from Mechatronics or Electrical Electronics Engineering Departments of Universities,
- Worked in the maintenance department, preferably in food processing facilities, in facility operations,
- Minimum 3, Maximum 5 years of experience
- Solid attitude towards technical understanding
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Required computer skills; Windows applications, SAP, project management software knowledge, AUTOCAD
- Good knowledge of electrical/electronic, mechanical and hydraulic fields
- Basic knowledge of "best practices" (TPM, 6S, OEE, Lean Manufacturing) is desirable
- Male candidates do not have military obligation,
- Have a problem-solving attitude and the ability to read and anticipate emerging problems,
- Having good communication skills with sensitive methodical thinking,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To report to the maintenance directorate by organizing the creation and implementation of actions related to maintenance activities.
- Creating projects to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Providing technical and administrative support to investment plans for production lines, machinery and auxiliary systems in the factory.
- Working under the maintenance directorate and reporting on plant infrastructure operation and maintenance.
- Developing automation projects that minimize labor costs
- Taking part in the establishment of all mechanical and electrical infrastructures required in the factory for all machinery and equipment to be invested, reporting the works to the maintenance directorate.
- To follow up the maintenance and automation systems processes, to report to the maintenance directorate.
