QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of our multinational test driven development team, you will be responsible for the mechanical design engineering, development and tests of new product groups which are designed according to EN60335-1.
We are looking for a "Mechanical Design Engineer" who will work in our R&D Center at the Ankara factory location of our company operating in the International Pump-Valve sector.
General Qualifications:
Technical Specifications
- · Good experience of 3D-CAD Systems preferably Siemens NX (Modelling, assembly, drafting surface)
- · Understanding and creating of technical drawings and specifications,
- · Basic knowledge of pumps motors and drives,
- · Experience in PLM Systems (SAP preferred),
- · Good knowledge of "Design to cost" and "Design to production",
- · Pro-active handling of production issues,
- · Able to work on multiple complex engineering problems in a Scrum environment.
Managemental Specificaitons
- · Team Work capability,
- · Shows own initiative, project management abilities, able to monitor project status.
- · Strong communication skills and ability to work with Senior Management,
- · Fluent English knowledge
- · Excellent verbal and written skills.
- · No travel restriction
Your Tasks will be:
- · Mechanical system design of mechatronic products (cirulators, drives,...)
- · Design of injection molded and die-casted parts
- · Tolerance design and tolerance analysis
- · Support of supplier search and qualification
- · Optimization of production process and equipment
- · Performing development related tests
