QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Maintenance and Planning Engineer to work in our company operating as a Maintenance, Repair and Lubrication Services Subcontractor in SOCAR Turkey in Aliağa /İzmir, matching with below qualifications and tasks:
- Understanding project specifications and developing
time schedules and budgets that meet them
- Observing existing processes, analyzing staff
performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
- Monitoring and tracking project progress, and
writing up reports.
- Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
- Delegating tasks and ensuring workers receive
feedback.
- Understanding and meeting all contract
requirements.
- Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the
rest of the team.
- Analyzing technical drawings and providing material
and cost estimates.
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time and
within budgets.
Maintenance and Planning Engineer Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical
Engineering.
- Minimum five years experience in industrial projects
projects, preferably in Oil &Gas industry.
-Proficiency in MS Office, including Microsoft
Project or Primavera. Basic level of SAP knowledge.
- Planning and project management skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- A valid driver's license.
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking
skills.
- A good understanding of safety protocols.
- Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
