QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Allium Bodrum Resort & Spa located within walking distance of the Yalıkavak Marina where the most luxurious brands of shops and restaurants are, you get to choose how to spend your days; enjoying a day of nature, pampering,cuisine, glamour, or a unique combination of all of these. There are 36 sea-view rooms in 8 villas scattered across a slope of the coastline overlooking the gorgeous view of Greek Islands, breathtaking sunsets and astonishing night skies.

Cliff Bodrum restaurant will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner with an ever-changing view of the Aegean Sea and the Greek Islands. On the menu you will find creative, zesty Aegean mezzes re-imagine by the talented Allium chefs. Crispy sourdough breads will be baked in the woodfire oven as the chefs are adding their final touches to the mezzes and the seafood varieties.

Cliff Pool Bar presents innovative signature cocktails during daytime with great food pairings. An extensive wine list includes wines from well known local or boutique Turkish producers as well as international wines from reputable wine houses. Should you prefer; a wide selection of spirits, cognacs, whiskeys, craft beers are also available at Cliff Pool Bar.

The Beach Bar will serve you anything you desire around the beach area. Freshly brewed coffee to greet the day as you watch the sun rays shimmer on the inviting Aegean Sea, a delicious lunch after you take a swim in the refreshing water, a delicately mixed cocktail or a glass of wine as the sun sets over the Greek Archipelago.

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

  • Ensures guests are well looked after, from their arrival through to their departure
  • Enquires whether guests are satisfied throughout the meal and services
  • Offers attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints
  • Is attentive to the comments of customers and ensures the follow-up
  • Helps increase the bar's revenue through his/her sales actions
  • Limiting customer problems by restricting alcohol intake and attempting to curtail inappropriate behavior
  • Directs and coordinates all activities and provides assistance to the staff in bar to ensure all established service standards and procedures of Allium Bodrum are implemented consistently, leading to guest satisfaction, staff satisfaction and profit for the Hotel

Qualifications:

  • Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Diploma in or degree in hospitality – food & beverage, professional hospitality degree or hospitality management will be an advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Fluent speaking, writing and understanding in English
