3 years’ experience in 5 star hotels or high end bars,
Excellent command of written and spoken English is required,
Great Attitude,
Team player,
Good Knowledge of F&B Micros Point of Sales (POS),
Imagination and creativity to develop new cocktails,
Knowledge of mixing and serving,
Previous profit and loss experience essential,
Outgoing personality,
Clear communicator – concise, specific, clear with their messages,
Ability to use initiative and solve problems,
Ability to work under pressure,
Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively meet established deadlines,
