Massive Bioinformatics R&D Technologies
We focus on providing analysis services for Next Generation Sequencing technologies and producing software in line with developing technology. Our company aims to connect these fields that shape the future by combining biotechnology with information systems. We as Massive Bioinformatics, adopting the interdisciplinary way of working in different fields such as University, R & D, Health, Veterinary, Agriculture, Environment and Industry, produces specific solutions to their problems.
While combining the fields of computer science and biotechnology, we aim to provide high value-added products and services aimed at improving human health, science and technology. Therefore, we are looking for new friends to join our team.
Responsibilities
• Pipeline construction for various genomic data analyzes
• Genomic Data Analaysis, statistical analysis, data vizualization and reporting
• Develop and maintain whole exome sequencing and clinical exome sequencing analyzes pipelines
• Handle and integrate external databases into pipelines
• Working within the developer team to share knowledge, collaboratively developing best practices
• Working with stakeholders, users, and project managers to meet goals and milestones
QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree in related fields
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in developing pipelines
• Profound experience in Python and R (R is not essential)
• Experience in workflow management frameworks such as Snakemake and Nextflow.
• Profound experience in Statistical analysis
• Profound experience in NGS analysis preferably Human DNA-Seq data
• Experience using to Linux systems and bash commands
• Have an interest in machine learning algorithms is plus
• Passionate about good code quality and software design is plus
• Git and Docker knowledge and good documenting is plus
