Job Description


We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Bosch Car Service Category Manager.

Your contribution to something big:

• Responsible for the Bosch Car Service Category Management
• Manage partnerships to ensure maximum benefits for our Bosch Car Service network within the Middle East region, including 16 different countries. (Focus countries: Turkey, UAE)
• Shape the Category Management Strategy for all major parts and service relevant for a successful workshop operation
• Lead the business from A to Z i.e. business processes, legal & tax setup, tendering & negotiation process, value enhancement concept
• Drive the regional implementation together with our country teams to ensure maximum impact and synergies
• Utilize data driven methodologies and embed the Category Management into the overall Digital Ecosystem
• Create demands via service marketing activities
• Follow up and report main key performance indicators of Category Management projects and processes
• Support preparing business plans and regular forecasts for current and further cooperation possibilities
• Cooperate with Bosch central teams in headquarter as well as local teams to follow up and improve cooperation possibilities and support European or global cooperation strategies


Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

• Structured and independent working style along with the intrinsic motivation to make things happen
• More than 5 years experience in the automotive aftermarket business (preferably independent automotive aftermarket business as buyer/purchasing management positions)
• Rich experience in IAM (Independent Aftermarket) product and portfolio management; Solid understanding of workshop processes; Basic understanding of automotive technologies, vehicle diagnosis and awareness of related trends
• Deep understanding of sourcing processes and IAM route-to-market models
• Firm affinity to digital transformation within the automotive aftermarket, in specific marketplace business models
• Strong verbal and written negotiation skills in English and Turkish
• Bachelor's, or Master's Degree with business or engineering background, e.g. economics, MBA
• High analytical thinking ability
• Excellent level of IT tools usage skills (SAP, MS Office applications,..)
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Good presentation skills and persuasive communication
• Ability to travel and have a valid driving license
