QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Hotel Manager for our Boutique Hotel in Şirince (Selçuk/Izmir), who ideally should meet following qualifications;
Minimum 5 years experience in Hotel Management and Operations
Preferably graduated from Tourism and Hotel Management departments of related Universities
Presentably, having excellent communication skills and strong human relations,
Fluent in English
Ability to solve problems, respond to customer demands, delegation, business follow-up and organization
Having knowledge on financial issues such as budgeting, reporting, analysis and purchasing,
Able to use MS Office (Excel, Word) applications
Having no obstacle for working and living in Şirince
Able to work with flexible working hours
