QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a qualified “Sales and Business Development Specialist” for our company that operates in the Automotive Industry in Ankara, Turkey
Qualifications
- University Degree preferably in Engineering, , Business Administration, economics or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales and Business Development preferably international sales
- Previous professional working experience as Sales and Business Development Specialist or a relevant role will be considered as a strong asset
- Excellent using of MS office programmes especially
- Excel Proficiency with reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Very fluent in both written and spoken English (2nd foreign language is preferred)
- Ability to work under stress and within tight deadlines
- Having organizational and coordination skills and a proactive approach
- Very good drafting, coordination, problem solving and analytical and strategic planning skills
- Able to learn and take responsibility quickly and proactively
- No military service obligation for male candidates
- No travel restriction domestic and abroad
- Living in or able to live in Ankara
Job Description
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers’ requirements, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Understanding and identifying the needs of the potential or existing customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
- Developing a business development strategy and plan for proposal preparation during the bid process
- Analyzing and evaluating the risks, opportunities and nonconformities related to the bid proposal and sales contract
- Supporting deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; and negotiating prices for proactive bids and proposals with customers, and potential partners
- Supporting to prepare sales proposals and/or contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines in coordination with Technical, Production and Finance departments as well as external consultants
- Arranging and participating business development meetings with prospective clients
- Performing sales and marketing activities which are related to promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
