QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a qualified “Senior Contract Management and Tender Specialist” for our company that operates in the Automotive Industry in Ankara, Turkey
Qualifications
- University Degree in Law, Economy, Business Admistration faculties
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in contract preparation/ negotiations/ management/ and tender process in international and/or domestic projects
- Previous experience working with contract regulations the related laws is strongly preferred
- Work experience and profound knowledge on National and International Public Procurement Rules and Legislations is an asset ,Fidic is prefarable
- Having knowledge and a solid understanding of legal terminology of international contracts,
- Having proven skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving contract-related issues
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to research and understand legal and financial implications
- Very fluent in both written and spoken English
- Excellent using of MS office programmes especially Word and Excel
- Proficiency with reporting and budgeting
- Ability to work under stress and within tight deadlines
- Very good drafting, coordination, analytical and strategic planning skills
- Able to learn and take responsibility quickly and proactively
- No military service obligation for male candidates
- No travel restriction domestic and abroad
- Living in or able to live in Ankara
Job Description
- Drafting, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts covering a range of transactionsfor national and international projects in accordance with the strategic targets of the company,
- Reviewing, updating and auditing existing contracts, managing the changes of the contract, analyzing, and reporting the risks,
- Reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts with the customer and company management,
- Communicating and presenting information to stakeholders regarding contracts,
- Providing guidance on contract terms and conditions and monitoring transaction compliance of the signed contract (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.) if needed
- Being in involved in contract signature and execution phase and performing all necessary legislative controls with the legal consultant
- Careful assessment and analysis of the contract documents upon signature of the contract; preparing and submitting the contractual conditions, constraints, requirements, and timeline t
- Contract Manager and informing the team during the progress of the project,
- Being involved in the preparation of all relevant documents of the tender process including administrative, technical, and financial in a timely manner,
- Actively participating and managing the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance,
- Conducting relevant analyses for pricing, preparing, and reviewing the offers,
- Monitoring and reporting competitor activity by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, offerings, and client presence
- Participating effectively in all business development,sales and tendering activities and lead tracking and reporting metrics if requested
