QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION
We have an opening for a Senior Contracts Specialist in our Ankara Home Office. You will be spending major part of your time with the pre-construction work. You will review and/or negotiate partnership agreements, client contracts, NDAs, financing/loan agreements, and major subcontract agreements between the Company and international parties. You will review RFP packages, assess contractual risks, bonding requirements and inform of/advise estimating and finance departments with other project requirements.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, preferably Masters in Construction Law or Construction Management,
- Minimum of 15 years total professional experience (minimum of 5 years in similar position) preferably in large scale infrastructure projects,
- Good understanding of construction law and principles,
- Good understanding of project work flow and processes in finance, design, procurement, construction, test & commissioning and operation phases,
- Good understanding of responsibilities and liabilities of project parties and associated risk management,
- English native speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.
