GENEL NİTELİKLER

Responsible for the "Brand Management" of a global fashion retail brand that will start operating in Turkey.

“Working in a fashion as a Retail Brand Manager - relevant experience within the fashion industry working in retail is essential and a strong passion for the fashion brand is desired and fast fashion retail experience is preferred.”

  • Will lead the achievement of the sales targets and effective inventory management
  • Analyzing the price of the products and considering about the potential profitability of the brand.
  • Understanding of consumer needs and behavior
  • Strong analytical ability – analyze data, develop insights, etc.
  • Recruit, train and develop a highly motivated, service focused team.
  • Drive, manage and support all sales and promotional activity of the, making commercial decisions based on relevant store and competitor activity.
  • Maintain consistent visual merchandising and store lay-out standards.
  • Researching the markets, monitoring the latest market trends, and identifying all the potential areas a brand must invest in considering the spending habits and the needs of the customer.
  • Supervising social medai and email campaigns, TV adverts, websites, magazine and newspaper advertisements.
  • Overseeing the sign off of marketing campaigns and literature, ensuring that the messages and designs meet the regulatory guidelines set by the brand, and liaising with compliance and legal personnel.
  • Coordinating the launch program to not only employees but to external customers as well.
  • Monitoring the consumer reactions and the distribution of the product via market research and focus groups.


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Especially the ability to work cross-departments to achieve results
  • Able to use MS Office programs very well
  • Be a team player and a respected leader
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Advanced level of English knowledge (understanding, writing, speaking)
  • Run efficient and effective meetings
  • Communicate clear decisions, next steps, and accountability
  • Have good presentation skills
