QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a team player who is going to be placed as "BRAND MANAGER" for Rixos Hotels. The position will be located in our International Tourism Sector section of Marketing Department CHQ Office in Antalya.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in related departments (preferably Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering),
- Min. 5 years of brand management experience preferably in hospitality,
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
- Other language is a plus (Russian, German etc.),
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- No restriction to travel,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- Excellent communication skills, and able to work in a team environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing and planning 360° marketing mix of the brand according to general brand strategy and company targets,
- Preparing marketing plan, setting the budget and setting the growth target of these brands,
- Preparing and executing all launch and re-launch activities for the related brand,
- Determining marketing strategy and value chain for related brand,
- Planning and executing these brands’ display activities, POS material development, and events in our hotels,
- Brand Management experience is a requirement.
