QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, responsible for both our local and international operations;
- Coordinate and provide support for marketing functions including; advertising, public relations, sponsorship's, events, employee communication, media planning and digital marketing,
- Execute marketing plans and projects for new and existing products,
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results,
- Execute the productivity of the marketing plans and projects,
- To carry out online advertising and promotional activities,
- Execute retail-focused in-store solutions,
- To produce projects on press and public relations, to develop them with related institutions, to develop and implement content,
- To produce, implement, measure and follow up projects by working in common with our all agencies and shopping sites solution partners,
- Implementation of branding campaigns and development of sales-enhancing projects in accordance with brand positioning strategy for online & offline channels.
Qualifications;
- BA degree graduate, preferably master's degree,
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing communication, advertising, brand management, PR, media planning, digital communication,
- Preferably experienced in retail,
- Knows all social media and digital media dynamics and has a minimum of 3 years experience in social media planning and content production,
- Experienced in creating and managing overseas marketing studies,
- Keeping up to date with developments, trends and competition in the retail sector,
- Experienced in creating and developing brand and brand image,
- Have the skills to manage creative and communication agencies,
- Experienced in creating and tracking marketing budget,
- Has effective reporting skills,
- Good command of English,
- Completed military service for male candidates,
- No travel obstacles,
- Adapt to flexible working hours,
