What will you be doing:

· Develope and execute annual marketing plan of product range as required by organizational planning and budgeting systems, in accordance with agreed business plans. Plan and carry out marketing and support activities regarding industry professionals and consumers, to maintain and support sales of Coopervision’s contact lens and eyecare products in Turkey.

· Manage regulatory affairs to comply the business with relevant regulations such as UTS , by contacting with Ministry of Health and coordinance of 3rd party legal and Professional Affairs Consultancy service vendors. Inform local and global relevant departmants for compliance, provide information and trainings where necessary.

· Prepare product forecasts, and constantly monitor results

· Provide advertising and promotion tools in accordance with the annual marketing plan, and monitor results in terms of return of investment and target achievement figures.

· Regular field visits to ensure promotional tools implementation and provide individual customer based promotional activities, including trade campaigns , POS&POP material creations in cooperation with sales team.

· Design training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external provider(s).

What skills and experience should you have?

· 2 Years of marketing experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry.

· Ability to present clearly and effectively

· Understanding of multi-channel marketing

· Able to connect with international colleagues and develope local activities based on Regional plans

· Very good command of English

· This position requires frequent travel. You should be able to travel both domestically and internationally
