Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in FP&A / Budget and Controlling functions in international companies.
  • Minimum 3 years of team management experience is must.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, solid knowledge on P&L and Balance Sheet analysis.
  • Prior E-commerce, Retail, FMCG experience is preferred.
  • Advanced verbal and written English skills.
  • Experience with various modules of SAP (S/4 HANA, SAC Analytics Cloud, R/3, Business Objects) and QlikView.
  • Good knowledge of IFRS reporting standards.
  • Analytical, flexible and highly motivated.

Job Description:

  • Make forecasts and plans on how the top line and costs will develop, connecting data about current and future performance.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reports and interpret financial information to management to support decision making.
  • Lead/Support design of management reporting decks and give guidance to the commercial & operational teams on visualization of data.
  • Take a pro-active role in preparing and managing the annual budget cycle, ensuring high quality planning information in terms of content, accuracy and timeliness.
  • Actively contribute to the finance team's monthly closing effort.
  • Prepare business cases for new store opening, relocation & remodeling activities and present to the investment committee.
