We are looking for a candidate to join our Financial Affairs Department as Financial Control Manager in our HQ.
Qualifications
-Having a bachelor degree in Economy, Accounting, BA or BA Engineering also master degree is needed,
-Having experience in international finance departments of multinational companies and audit experience (Especially Big 4 audit companies),
-At least 10 years experiences in related fields,
-Excellent command of written and spoken English, another language is a plus,
-Being able to using accounting package systems,
-Being good in MS Office programmes,
-Having strong analytical thinking and being solution-oriented,
-Having good interpersonal skills, ability to work cooperatively to assist staff across the organization.
Job Description
-Organizing monthly and quarterly accounting closings transactions of abroad companies and reporting them to the relevant units,
-Creating and implementing financial reporting systems in order to adapt to the changing legislation changes abroad,
-Checking all reconciliations of sub-companies abroad are done correctly and completely by negotiating with insurance companies,
-Ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed and reported,
-Supervising and reporting accounting departments of abroad subsidiaries,
-Ensuring all companies' investments comply with the budget,
-Supporting companies' financial reports by including cash flow planning,
-Completing P&L analysis and commentary for presenting to top management,
-Supporting companies' reports by being involved in cash flow planning,
-Ensuring that the month and year-end closing processes are carried out without errors,
-Being responsible for handling all international company financial transactions.
