QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be;
Required Technical Skills
- The bridge between our customers, and technical development team
- Working in a great team with software architect, and developers
- Conducting regular requirements gathering meetings over the phone with clients in the US
- Creating requirement documents, and communicating to the developers
- Maintaining the plan, and quality in the software development life cycle
- Supporting multiple projects at the same time depending on the size of the project
- Experience in Scrum Methodologies, and Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience in conducting client meetings to gather requirements, and user acceptance tests
- Experience in creating use case diagrams, use case documents, workflows, meeting minutes, storyboards, and wireframes
- Experience in creating test cases, performing tests, and using an issue tacking tool such as Jira
- CCBA, CBAP, CAPM, PMP certificate is a plus
Required Soft Skills
- Fluency in English is a must. Experience abroad is a plus for this position
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, positive in approach
- Patient, flexible, but take-charge attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure when dealing with charge
