About the role
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will bring our product to life with user stories, has product development skills, asks the right questions and has strong communication as a vital member of our development team in our Izmir, Tech-Hub of the London-based FinTech initiative, which is taking fast steps towards becoming a unicorn.
Great technologies are developed by great people, and we always work with great developers so that we can continue to develop new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Understand Pynk’s high-level vision
- Build a roadmap with the product team
- Collaborate with business analysts and the development team
- Analyze and detail requests
- Create user stories and their acceptance criteria
- Join user acceptance tests
- Facilitate design and documentation of development
- Cooperate with all the parties critical in the development process
- Facilitate consistent and effective communication
- Add as much value as possible
- Keep up to date on emerging technologies
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience of web or mobile development
- Solid, proven skills as a business analyst
- Knowledgeable about software development mindset and software development cycle
- Competent in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to use project and process management tools effectively (preferably Azure DevOps)
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Conflict management and negotiation skills
- Ability to foresee problems before they emerge and excellent skills at solving them
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Result oriented with a drive to succeed
- Fluent written and spoken English sills
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of software development
- Experience working as part of an agile development team
- Knowledgeable/experienced or interested in gamification
- Knowledge of user experience
- No military service obligation for at least 1 year (male candidates)
