Qualification:
- BSc degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, MIS, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related fields.
- Experienced in process design, business analysis and project management,
- Knowledge about relational databases, SQL, and MS Office applications
- Knowledge about system analysis, modelling and documentation
- Have knowledge about UML, SQL, Jira, Agile methodologies
- Ability to work in an agile environment with minimum guidance
- Highly organized self-starter who can own projects and act with limited supervision
- Good at analytical thinking, result-oriented, team-oriented, open-minded
- Ability to detect problems and develop solutions,
- Ability to turn abstract ideas into concrete outcomes,
- Advanced level of English
Job Description:
- He/she provides Digital expertise and business processes to the Product Owner and to assist him in the management of the Product Backlog (pre-framing and framing, analysis of the impact of new business requests, writing, testing and validation of User Stories, sorting and prioritizing the Backlog, capitalization and online support)
- He/she helps the team to maximize the value generated by the Products / Platforms and to achieve the best quality, user alignment, value creation and team engagement.
- As the constructive sparring partner of the Product Owner, he/she is a source of proposals throughout the Product life cycle.
- Depending on the type of Product (size, complexity, delivery model, etc.), he acts as a Scrum Master, ensuring that each member adheres to Agile values and working methods and understands the practices of the chosen frameworks.
